It just happened to be coincidence this certifiable crazy man had guns in his apartment. Not just that but he just leaves them lying around for police to find. No gun on his person? As any person who is being targeted would have.

This article is 100% BS. He was taken into custody and involuntarily committed to the crazy house. That new law was not needed to remove his guns.
