What was the firearm used?Another mass shooting in San Jose with 8 dead. They will be making a big deal out of “other” firearms.
I wouldn't purchase one. Too much hassle coming.
**Only because it fits the narrative.
Just saw this. Sad to see the lives lost. And sad that gun owners will pay the price. Why is it that since Biden got in office shootings when up?Another mass shooting in San Jose with 8 dead. They will be making a big deal out of “other” firearms.

Read this for some insight...What was the firearm used?
The district attorney only said there were several different guns at the scene and refused to expand any further narratives about weapons found but would only confirm none of them were "ghost Guns."What was the firearm used?

Dear Sir, my apologies, the firearm in question is no longer in the state of NY. I visited my son in a constitutional carry state ( a free state) and left the firearm with him. So i will not be turning over anything to you, have a nice day, I'll be leaving NY soon, so good luck.
I don't believe a letter of that type is legal anything... It's as good as garbage!
What mail?
And... If the firearm is no longer in your possession or in the State, it's none of their business where it is, who has it, or what it's doing! Show me the law that extends Suffolk county DA jurisdiction beyond well... Suffolk County!
... I visited my brother in Florida and left it with him, ... Want a letter from him stating such? Lmao...
And oh, get a warrant! If you're threatening arrest, it better be official (letter)... Hand delivered or registered mail with tracking and receipt identifier (who)... Come on'
Don't understand the other letter shown either, that due to the pending charges and advice if counsel they're not at liberty to discuss? Really? But advising seeking counsel? So when I find I didn't need counsel do I then sue Russo Karl W for compensation based upon errant information...?
I agree... Break it down, show them the lower, proclaim all other parts were sold, as parts... Done! Walk away! Fuck them! Let them go suck tail pipes... etc., etc...
how ya figureExcept now you have committed a federal felony . . . careful guys! If you don't live (own property) in that state you will have admitted to committing a crime. Must be transferred via FFLs . . .

good thing im moving to a free state, LOLGiving a Firearm as a Gift? Some Reminders from NSSF
What better way to share our enjoyment of hunting and the shooting sports than to make a gift of a firearm to a family member, close friend or relative?www.nssf.org
Yes but still, state to state transfers on any firearm is regulated by the BATFEgood thing im moving to a free state, LOL

That is a NY‘ism because handguns are illegal in NY unless they are on a license. No other state I have been in requires you do do what NY does. I moved to a free state and just brought my guns. No fuss no muss. I have changed my residency but kept my NY license. In order to get the guns off my license my county wants me to bring them to NY and ship them from a NY based FFL. Nonsense, if I sell a handgun which is on my license it will remain on my NY license until the end of time.Getting my own handguns from AZ to NY I still had to go FFL to FFL

It seems no one in a free state gives a crap what you own.
