I have an AR pistol on my unrestricted permit, got it put on back in 2020. Magazine is fixed, can’t be removed, and to get it approved on my permit, I had to submit the purchase information for the upper I put on it. (Psa marauder).
now with all the issues with braces, I have an SB tactical...
I’m confused by this ruling. So much I’m reading on Twitter is “now NYers can conceal carry out in public”.
Haven’t we been able to? This ruling will still require a NYer to get a pistol permit, and people with pistol permits were able to conceal carry already if their permit said unrestricted...
So just did an amendment, only took 2 weeks in Orange County.

anyone know how I...
exactly. now reports are it was someone who bought a long gun from Dicks, and was walking out of the store with it. not sure if it was in the box or not, but some Karen didnt like it and reported it as a "suspicious person with a gun".
I’m sure it was someone who had conceal carry and their shirt went up or something and some Karen freaked out, someone else heard the word gun and started running, and lemmings did the same.
Some reports detail it was “a man carrying a shotgun through target”.

is it because its an other rifle and the mag can be removed?
Pizzeria near me just announced on their Facebook they will have limited food selections due to no staff. How can these businesses stay afloat? It’s nuts
They have Nysiis for children already. A database for all children and what vaccines they have. You can log on and type the patient name in and see all vaccines they have. I guess they are expanding this to adults.
you are right, it was some bullshit Cuomo signed back in 2019 with something along the lines of people under a certain age and NOT the safe act. My mistake.
based on the posters hanging in the post office and the little time i spend in a post office, ill gladly disarm just to make sure im not breaking anything. too much gray area
