That is definitely very sound advice. Thanks so much. I really need to invest in chrono. Trying to find a powder that works well with 45acp and not so dirty. Going to try some Unique and Bullseye as I found power pistol left too much reside.

That's what I was reading was to reduce but couldn't find what to fo down to. Some say 1.25 others, like yourself, say even shorter. There's really not much in the way of data for 200 grain lrn that I have found. Thanks for the insight.

So I picked up some 45acp cast coated RN and go to my books for load data but not getting much other than for lswc. For the powder that's fine The part that gets me is the oal. Would utilizing any oal for 200 grain rn suffice?

Heading to Queensbury tomorrow morning. Any gun shops to check out?
