I already have a mini-14, so semi-auto featureless in .223 is already covered, maybe I'll just stick to something potentially less crappy... They're just kind of cool looking
To save anyone the trip seeing this thread, I stopped by Gander earlier today, and they are basically out of any and all firearms, ammunition, and accessories... There is a lot of 270 Remington though, so if you want that it might be worth the trip...

I've been thinking about trying to pick up one of Kel-Tec's SU-16's. I think they look sort of cool, and aren't butchered like a compliant AK or AR would be.
What are people's thoughts on them? I know they can be hard to find, but does anyone actually have one and like it?

I actually found a site that'll ship to NY'er doorsteps... I still have no idea if it's legal but damn it's tough to pass up $200 for 500rd's of 7.62 NATO
They look pretty good, but no matter where I drive from it'll be over and hour and a half, that's just a little too much to do, unless I get desperate. Thanks for the tip though
