What is a Venturing Crew? I'm assuming it's a scouting type organization but I have never heard of it before.

It's a co-ed program for youth 14-21, started in the 1970's by the Boy Scouts, which is funny given the uproar over girls now. Anyway, it's the unadvertised, red-headed step-child of scouting. High adventure, though, which is awesome.
