I've been carrying my max everywhere in pa. It goes with us to the he local gas station, dollar general, etc. I just throw it in my front right pocket.
Carried the lcp max again. To the playground with the baby ,on a short walk down a trails and to the dollar general. .380 isn't the best, but better than a knife. Carried it in a tank top and basketball shorts with a spare mag.
I want to try a couple 12 round magazines (I'm in pa now). 25...
Just ran 130 rounds through the lcp max Sunday.
The bad, 3 finger grip turns into 2 fingers really fast under recoil. Will try the 12 round magazines to see if it fixes that.
The good: only 2 malfunctions, both possibly due to user error. Both were failures to go in battery. One was on a...
I have 2000+ rounds out of my humble Mossberg 500 through all seasons and hunting in all sorts of places. Not a single malfunction. That's just the humble 500.
I have two mav 88s too. Not a single issue.
My older brother has had a 500 since 1994 that's was once left in a snow bank for a...
I just hav a hard time spending $1300-1900 on a semi auto shotgun that still only has a 7+1 or 8+1 capacity when a pump with the same capacity and less complexity is $300. I suppose someday if I have a bunch of extra income I would scratch that itch for sure. For now, I have 4 tactical pumps...
Do you have a .308 semi auto? Id say grab one of those first.
Semi shotguns are cool, but with a tube mag kinda lame. I can run a trombone very fast, and you can't reload a tube semi auto any faster than a pump. I don't see the real advantage.
Sure the semi let's you shoot it one...
I don't know...
I bought a PSA dagger for $275 and it's run like a stug pig for 500 rounds. I never cleaned it or let it "break in". I ran mixed mags and dirty crap Winchester ammo in it.
I feel like a gun more expensive should work just as well...
That's right, mine has the stainless slide. I like that idea since it might be near sweat. I want to shoot mine as is before I add mods. With the OEM floor plate extensions I get most of my pinky on the gun which I'm pretty excited about
I'm in NEPA. You'd have to ship any holster to me.
I just ordered a max, 100 rounds fmj, and two ten round mags. It's nice to buy ammo online again. Anyway I did the 10s because they seem to be reviewing more reliable.
I almost got an original body guards or an air weight, but I liked the ability to carry 10+1 and another 10.
Honestly the smith may be better, but I've noticed a lot of YouTube gun people always love the new thing. I'll reserve judgement until I can actually handle and see one.
Also, all smith seems to do is copy other people these days. Mainly Ruger, henryx and kel rec. Although sometimes that is a...
I saw that. I only have a few concerns.
Street price on the bodyguard is over $100 more.
It looks just enough bigger than it may not be as pocket friendly
Several members have had issues with smiths lately
If you get one though please share your experiences
For the most part, yes. I could see big box stores like Cabela's and Walmart wanting to, but I've never been I'ded at any of the 7 or 8 small shops I frequent for non firearms purchases. Full disclosure I am 38 so no spring chicken.
