I do it. You have to turn the 20lb tank upside down to get the liquid to go into the smaller tanks. The adapter was cheap. Id say I get them almost 3/4 full.

Combination of point shoot + this would put you pretty damn close. After doing a lot of point shooting unless you are shooting out past 6 or 7 yards you kinda stop using your sights altogether.
