Thursday 13 Sept is a Primary voting day for all parties, not just Democrats. We need to get out and vote for people who will help us and protect our 2nd amendment rights. Don’t just assume that it will be taken care of by others. To vote in a party’s primary, you need to be registered in...
If there are any valuable original swords, contact Christie’s and also Sotheby’s in Manhattan for a evaluation. They wouldn’t be interested in high end replicas. They publicize their auctions online and with printed brochures. They have an international audience and during the auctions there...
Here’s three of my pistols, top to bottom are Ruger SR22, Ruger SR 40C, Sig 1911-22
As IloveNY mentioned above, the SR22 is great fun to shoot. Same can be said for the full size Sig 1911-22. They are also inexpensive to purchase (around $300 new) and .22lr ammo is cheap and plentiful. The...
I recommend TFO sights cause they combine tritium and fiber optics. This way the sights are very visible in daylight and nighttime. I had a gunsmith install them on my Ruger SR40C . I also have a Sig P938 Equinox with Sig nightlites and a tfo front sight (only a couple of the 938s have the...
Today, I handled a Ruger PC carbine in Collector’s on Rt 82 in Hopewell Junction NY, Dutchess County
Ticket price was $499.95 I’m waiting for this carbine to come out in .40 S&W (I’m sure it will eventually). I already have 5 SR mags for it. Felt nice and takedown was very easy and secure
I have the Sig P938 Equinox and carry it easily in my pocket in a De Santis superfly holster. I changed the original grips to the black Hogue wraparound rubber grip. I feel I get a better grip with Hogue grip and shoot good groups
Livingston gave a good list of what’s needed. The only thing I would add is don’t leave any third party upgrades in your pistol when you send it back, only original Ruger parts. Ruger will automatically replace non-Ruger parts with factory parts and you won’t get those third party upgrades back
I’ve been telling Ruger to re-issue the PC carbine for a few years. Now they finally have and it’s a takedown model which is convenient. Another nice feature is that it accepts SR mags and has an adapter for Glock mags. Currently, it’s just in 9mm but I imagine .40 S&W will follow soon
I have the Sig 1911-22 and it’s great. Had it for 3 years, lots of rounds down range, no problems with any ammo. Same manual of arms, size and weight. I would leave 1911 45 as is and use the 1911-22 as an inexpensive training gun
I have the Sig P938 Equinox and love it. Very easy to conceal, pocket carry, beautiful fit and finish, expensive compared to polymer pocket pistols. Has many different color combinations to choose from.
I’ve never shot a Kimber micro 9.
When I shipped a pistol, I took it to a Fedex regional facility and picked it up from there when work was completed.
Both UPS and Fedex have had trouble finding my home with regular packages. They’ve left my packages at other peoples houses and then I have to try and find it. Don’t want their...
I looked at a variety of pocket pistols and there’s some really good ones out there. After much research, I bought a Sig P938 Equinox which is very easy to pocket carry and is 9mm. Price is high but so is the quality of the fit and finish. I could have bought 2 other pistols for $680 but when...
A friend submitted his amendment form in person at Dutchess Sheriff’s office in Sept and it took 14 business days for him to receive his new permit.
i had submitted an amendment form in May and received my permit in 5 business days

Have you held or fired a 320 subcompact? It would be a better fit for your hands. You could get the subcompact frame and drop in the trigger mechanism from the compact. That's why the Army chose it
I just bought a new Sig P938 Equinox and I love it. I wanted something smaller and more concealable for the warmer weather. It's expensive compared to the LCP II, Shield , 43, LC9s etc but it's a high quality all metal pistol with night sights and a TFO front sight. Fits well in a DeSantis...
I have had absolutely zero problems with my SR22. Eats any kind of Ammo I feed it. Contact Ruger and send it back. They will fix whatever is wrong with your pistol. But make sure you send it back with the original spring, not your replacement spring
