As the title says, I’m looking to get into shooting in sanctioned competitive shooting. My only issue is that while I have shot plenty, I have never done competitive shooting and I know nothing about it. I did a search here but not much offered. That said, does anyone know where I can get...

Help me understand this. This pertains to NYC residents taking their guns outside of the city, correct? This is one of the reasons people with second homes in upstate NY claim it upstate as their primary residence whether it is or isn’t.
