I'll pipe in to say it was a great experience. Woke up this morning and the body did let me know that I did something last night.
BTW, @Dr. Evil It appears you did "win" our grappling/tussle. When I went to take a shower, I had a 6mm welt which grazed my gut. Congrats!
There are a few things that I prep for and human stupidity falls into a couple of the scenarios. People laugh at this worn down sticker on the back of one of my protective cases. I think they stop laughing when they don’t see me smile in return.
I actually did do something additional today. Put up an additional antenna for the IC-7300, this one oriented more to traffic in Europe. Spent a few minutes and made two contacts in Poland, one in Slovenia and one in Bulgaria. Was enjoyable. I haven’t played with the ham radio in quite a while.
Nope. And I still don’t watch the MSM news. If it’s not something I can affect, I refuse to get upset or worked up by it. Continuing down the same path I’ve been on. Just got back from a vacation to the DR, got another one planned for later in the year. Just living my life.
I went through this when I first applied for my pistol permit years ago. Didn’t know anyone in the county (Orange) and asked about using people from out of state. I’ll never forget that conversation. They asked who and my response was the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corp. They said no...

Silver Ounces
Silver Eagles
Junk Silver

Not so much for ammo at today's rapey pricing.
A Molle Holster (not Taco type) for a G17
I'm sure a plethora of things I'm...
Never thought about that @ArmedCorgi but it sounds like a great idea. We did some homemade Dal Makhani the other day, so we should give the pho a shot to add to our mixing pot of stores. As a side note, I made a large error a while ago and tried to FD sambal olek. It worked perfectly...
Still continuing to process leftovers and double batches of food on a regular basis. Did get a new vac sealer that works on Mylar bags as well as stuff that we use when we sous vide.
Makes it really easy to know if it doesn’t seal well and makes visual inspections over time a snap.
