Would be nice if every FFL in this state would refuse to sell/transfer guns or ammo for any member of the nysp. If nys doesn’t want any guns or ammo to be sold then it should start with nys employees. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Yes if there was an issue with the design of the barrels, grip frame, or mags that would cause such a failure, we would have seen it happen with the P250.

What’s odd is the P320 takes the same barrels, grip modules and magazines as the previous p250. Heck even the FCU’s are almost 90% the same and you can convert one into the other. I never heard about this happening much with the P250. I have to wonder if this might be out of spec ammo or...

Weird how all my rifles are in the same calibers as my pistols. So I always only buy pistol ammo, yet it may or may not end up being used in a rifle. Oh is that 350 legend for a pistol or a rifle? Hmm we may just never know.

Off the record I heard that NYSP will be arbitrarily denying any firearm purchase they view a non compliant such as AR platform firearms. So even if the feds say proceed they will still deny much like how nyc denies any firearms they don’t want you to have, even if it would be nys or nyc compliant

And why does such an agency need a weapon of war? They are not the military. A pump action shotgun or pistol with 10 round magazines should be quite sufficient. After all it’s all citizen in that state needs for their self defense.
