I have not known Ruger 22 pistols to be fussy about ammo, my old Ruger mkll eats anything. I do like using my S&W M&P for steel and have narrowed it down to using only CC-I Mini Mags. Have fun with the new Ruger it's all about trigger time!
@Varwin this may or not be to far from you, the old Catskill game farm https://sheepdogwarrior.com/ they do NRL22 matches beside others. The CZ rifle you bought is very popular at these types of matches, my Club has started to get into this type of shooting as it is not intimidating to new...

Great video I must have started to watch it at one time as it started about 20 min. in to it. Everyone here should watch it. @HEX this would make a good pinned video for member to reference.

I was not due to re-cert til 01/17/2023, I did my online re-cert on 7/14/2022 next re-cert is 07/14/2027. The way I read the law is if you wait till after 09/01/2022 you will need to re-cert in 2025. I also didn't want to wait till the end of this month as the system could get overloaded and...

Exactly and too many seem to believe the BOR applied to the States before the SCOTUS started incorporating them!
And by the way the Third Amendment is still not incorporated.

So you want to just throw out this ruling and go back to cases being ruled on by Feelings and Opinions like you are having here and not as ruled on by History, Text and Tradition as laid out in Bruin??
I suggest you go back a read Heller and McDonald.
Yes, and Open carry is what needs to be challenged ( The State is not going to allow it on their own ) as it would for sure make the State ease the CCW permit system and would also help do away with this semi-auto rifle nonsense as open carry is the true Constitutional Right and long guns are...
History, Text and Tradition is what SCOTUS say's here is a SCOTUS opinion from 1897 mentioned in both Heller and now Bruen,

Bruen was ruled unconstitutional under the equal protection of the law of the 14th amendment. The case did not challenge the need for licenses but that they were not issued equally from County to County, Judge to Judge.
