What about other parts besides the 80% lower? Barrel, magazine, upper etc - could i carry that in my luggage while travel out of JFK?

Is there a need to declare 80% lower at the airport if traveling outside of the US? ATF certifies that they do not consider 80% lower a firearm. Customs in destination is not an issue. I'm more concerned if i'll be able to fly out of USA at all?
So you're saying I can board a flight from JFK for Asia, having the following items in my checked luggage: a stock, upper, barrel and possibly a 80% finished lower and TSA will allow it?
Is it legal to travel out of the country (USA) with rifle build kits including the 80% lower? Does one need to declare it or nothing at all since it's not considered as a legal firearm.
