I sent in my 3rd set of prints in the Spring (mid-March) and got the license mid summer (mid-June or so).

Yes, that is exactly what happened to me. They needed 3 sets of prints to get it right. I was talking about 3 months from the date they got the 3rd (and good) set of prints. Although, I think they tried to drag it out and hope I'd lose interest.

It will take about 3 months. no less.

All good comments, thanks. But Viridian has a nice green laser that turns on as soon as you draw it from the holster (special holsters are available).

I'm waiting to take possession of a 9mm Springfield XDS 3.3 and was thinking about the practical use of lasers and or lights. Now, I'm a complete gadget freak and love to tweak and upgrade things, but I'm curious about just how useful and or practical a laser/light would be on an EDC weapon...

I just ordered a 9mm Springfield Armory XDS 3.3" to go along with my Beretta 9mm Cougar. The Cougar is just a little big in some circumstances so I'm anticipating that the XDS will get the primary duty. Now I just have to wait to add it to my permit. Hope it doesn't take tool long.
