Muzzle Devices on Pistols in NY - SAFE Act Website Incorrect/Custom Barrels OK
According to SAFE Act code, a pistol in NY is considered an assault weapon if, among other things, the pistol has a threaded barrel capable of accepting a muzzle break (brake?), flash suppressor, compensator, silencer, etc... Many of you know this already. I'd like to simply bring up two...- ElCid
