Let's see if pro-2A Virginians turn out and vote en masse in their next election AFTER these egregious laws are passed. If they don't, those laws will be very permanent and will serve as a foundation for even worse 2A infringements by their Leftist legislature.

I rarely watch videos as I can read transcripts much faster, but watch the first video here. Its a montage of the fake news narrative before the VA rally, that has a great ending:

We know the corporate, government-infiltrated, media will lie regardless of the facts, but for the most part they want this story to go away.

As far as I know there was only a single arrest of a young woman who refused to take a bandana of her face after repeated warnings, as wearing a mask in public is apparently against the law in VA (even though the cops wore masks with impunity, which might serve as a basis to challenge her arrest). Rumors say she was antifa or some other leftist but those seem to be just rumors.

We're not going to convince media corps to factually report the news, however people across the country are seeing 50k+ protesting fully armed in a completely lawful and orderly manner.

Further, not a single KKK or white power sign, not a single video of American gun owners screaming at or taunting the police on duty, no videos of theft or destruction of public or private property, no shootings or even minor scuffles.

The silence is golden.

All of it proving that Coonman and the Blackface Gang cooked up the emergency order and the chicken wire for absolutely no reason at all.

Furthermore it gives our side of the aisle a chance to see that our guys, the gun groups, clubs, friendly associations, forum members, and militia types are not quite as mixed up with "white power and supremacy" as has been made out by FedGov and a slobbering media since the movement started after Waco.

This is important. For starters, it shows our real grass roots strength generally rejects racism and that narrative, and lets folks on our side see that joining a gun club, range, political activism group, or militia does not mean joining anything nefarious, as long as a bit of due diligence is made to look into any group before diving in. The hardcore Constitutionalists like us know this racism is not rampant among us (while being realistic enough to know there are always bad apples), but this bring people out of the woodwork and off the fence, gets people involved after their fears and trepidation are dispelled, gets more voting, and best of all, gets more people wanting to Keep and Bear.

Furthermore, it finally breaks the FBI playbook they have been successfully using since the civil rights era to paint organized gun owners as KKK or skinheads or Nazis, which has been quite effective as evidenced by the repeated references by the media hoping Richmond would turn into Charlottesville. It also gives us an opportunity to look more closely at the FBI narrative about "militia types" and their "racism." The FBI has been infiltrated into the armed racist and nazi groups for decades, as well as the biker groups. It has not been hard for the FIBs handlers to pull a string on some neo nazi or biker type, have a criminal incident, and then use that to paint American patriots as racist and criminal "antigovernment" militia kooks when it was convenient for the Feds to do so.

I'm not trying to paint a picture of pie in the sky: exercising our Rights in America today is still fraught with peril, particularly exercising our RKBA.

However, Richmond shows that real grassroots organizing can work (as long as we weed out the crazies and criminals as best we can), spreads the word in a good way, draws people in, and advances the movement to arm enough people to keep a credible deterrent against outright lawlessness and tyranny.

The only question is, what shall Americans do to build on this opportunity?

Sitting on our hands has given us NY, CA, NJ, IL, CT, MA, RI, DE, MD, as well as the stinking festering hole named after the great George Washington down on the Potomac.

I'd put that crowd at 100k at least based on some very large crowd sizes I've seen at other events.

We will never know an accurate figure on how many attended.

I agree and I earlier gave my estimation in this thread to be at least 100k+ based on one pic someone posted.

I low balled a bit because I have spent most of my time reading rather than tracking down and looking over photos of the event.

The media and supposedly the Virginia Capitol Police are saying 6k inside the chicken wire and a mere 16k armed terrorists in the Liberty zone, lol. Marking themselves look completely ridiculous with their obvious propaganda.

Which raises another couple of prongs in our resurgence that we need to address; fact checking, pushing the Truth much harder, and message discipline.

Without real organization and a core group of fearless Constitutional fanatics to leverage intelligence assets and information to destroy the narrative, we're just spinning our wheels.

None of us should be relying upon YouTube or Pinterest or Tweets for Twits of Fascistbook as a platform even if those still have their uses. We need secure coms, our own information network, agents in the right places to capture useful information, and platforms that cannot ban us or shutdown live feeds when we try to get our message out.

The communist insurgency that has been working against us the last century is running a gigantic intelligence operation upon the American people through the media and .gov education. That needs to be stopped.
