Yup. It's easy being in the northeast to think that most of the country is like this. It isn't. My wife and younger son just came home a few minutes ago from visiting my older son in TN. She told me by the Smokey Mountains they actually have Trump stores. Stores that sell Trump merchandise. Yeah, NY is in a league of it's own.
I have a buddy in Arizona that told me about a Trump store in his town, lol.
Now I know what it was like to be in Nazi Germany during the day...
And the largest one I understand is in S.C. I wonder where all the Biden stores are? Surely one can profit off of Biden merch right? Lol

Well, I've always said I believe right triumphs over wrong, good over evil and that although I don't always understand why at the time, things happen for a reason. Without hope why get out of bed in the morning. I will admit to getting frustrated along the way but ultimately I believe we will succeed. I'm just a "Take your time but hurry up" kind of guy.
It’s true! When I was in Pigeon Forge, TN, I picked up a “Joe & the Ho gotta go“ front license plate at a Trump store, and it is proudly displayed on my car daily.
Interesting videos. So the judge rules the plaintiff had no standing and throws the case out, but not before going on at length how the new law is unconstitutional. The first video is quite positive, the second one less so. The mental gymnastics used by the judge to dismiss the case seem pretty weak to me, and it could just be the fact he was a coward that didn't want to be the first to strike down the law. But then why go through all the trouble later in the decision going on at length about how unconstitutional the law was? Something is not adding up. I suspect the law will eventually be overturned but we will have to live with it for quite some time as the legal gamesmanship plays out. I think there is light at the end of the tunnel but it's a long goddam tunnel.
Easy, he was retiring and got a nice fat separation bonus.

Somewhat frustrating that they as well as GOA wound up here. I would think this wasn't their first rodeo in court. It appears they could have handled things differently, no?
Oh I agree with you. I'm just questioning their inability from the get go to be prepared with things that in hind sight seem elementary.
If a law violates the constitution then every American should have standing automatically.
But since we live in "the greatest progressive state," we'll be the last to ever get any relief.
I hope that my kids watch the political wranglings and illicit un-American machinations in New York politics from another state. Hopefully, one where the U.S. Constitution is still the law of the land.
You need to watch the second video.why they had no standing .. i think is because the law they were fighting was not in effect yet and some other issues
and yet the judge then laid out in the 70 plus pages on how to go back and fight it ..

It's ironic, isn't it. We live in the state that took this to the Supreme Court and succeeded. Yet we are the only state in worse shape than before the ruling.
