Since you fail to read the Supremacy Clause after I pointed it to you numerous times…

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.[10]

The Bill of Rights are the first amendments of the constitution. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Not sure why you are even arguing the point. The 14th put a stop to people like you who thought otherwise after the Civil War and cemented it yet here you are still arguing it. It’s moot.

It’s almost like you want or wish the states have the rights to infringe upon life, liberty, and property. The same infringements the states themselves fought against with the British.
