30rd Magazine Purchase - any recommendation?

I placed an order with Gun Mag Warehouse almost 3 weeks ago and the order is still showing "processing" despite taking payment

It was 4 x 30rd AR Mags (shipped to my FL home)

Any other reliable online sites to place an order because I have no idea what is happening with Gun Mag and have sent them 3 emails and left voicemails - zero replies.............they may be busy, but 3 weeks and xero replies leaves me a little concerned

Gun Mag is always my place to shop for them. I have never had an issue. I am a bit surprised.

Yeah - based on reviews that is why I went there...............but so far, NOT impressed...........ordered 6/1 and 3 weeks later still waiting with zero replies

I have never shopped at Buds, I don't think.

Yep - have sent 3 emails and left 2 voice massages..................zero replies to any of them

I've ordered mags from Global Ordinance a couple of times in the past and had good results.

Supply chain, and transportation logistics in particular, is so dicked up right now they might be swamped with issues such as yours at the moment hence the lack of replies. In situations like this you might need to make a nuisance of yourself to the point they are forced to reply- send a ridiculous amount of emails, multiple per day, everyday, call as many times as you realistically have time for. Y'know, the Andy Dufrense pruson book fund drive approach.

Anything that may have red flagged your order? IE billing address NYS, ship to Florida?

Gun mag warehouse was short staffed before covid hit and have become even more so. I try to avoid ordering from them because they take so long to ship now. Best advice I can give is to call daily but not get nasty or mean in the messages. The employees there are trying their best. I have a pack of duramag brand mags on order and I’m hoping to see them by the fall

Not sure really

The have taken payment, but no movement at all and has been "processing" for around 2 weeks

They actually ask for both the billing and shipping address - so that would have been NY and then FL

That should not create any issue as they ask for both and make it clear when ordering to enter your shipping address if it is different from billing?

But who knows...............maybe that is a reason?

If they would respond to emails or at least answer a call, I would know!

Would be good if they put up some warning on their site to let customers know that their order may be subject to a delay

i left a voicemail today and sent an email asking them to cancel the order and refund my money

I will just pick them up locally in FL…………more expensive, but at least I will get them

Managed to speak to them today………….due to volume of orders and staffing issues, they have no idea when the mags will ship ……….3weeks after ordering and 2 weeks after debiting my card!!!!


Now cancelled and will go elsewhere

Yeah they have been terrible, I have an order from them right now, 3 weeks in and still "processing".
Ive ordered from them 3 times. First time took more than a month to ship. I said never again, but then second time they were the only ones who had the mags I wanted, it took about 2 weeks to arrive, and now this.
Seems pretty unacceptable when you got joebob, TSUSA, midway, etc all ship fast when in stock.
