Is compensation of $245 per copy of a $29 book unusual? Sounds like normal government accounting.

Amazon apparently deleted all the original reviews of the fuhrer's book because now there are only 25 reviews and it still has only a 3 star rating.

This happens ALL the time. Obummer just signed a MILLION dollar deal for his upcoming book. Companies take the gamble that millions and millions of books get sold. It can be a huge gamble, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.
