I bought the 10x42 Diamondbacks last year from the same website for 160. I've actually bought several scopes from them. Refurbs but same lifetime warranty. Shop around, occasionally, seldom, will find a cheaper price on Vortex.

Those rangefinding binos seem spiffy. 'Spensive though.

How do you guys like the Diamondbacks?

Good, i really prefer variable magnification, but they seem well built. Bought them for whale watching a few weeks ago, knowing i could use them for hunting/shooting too. Didnt even need them for whale watching as the whales were close to the boat.
