A NY Self Defense Shooting, Assault, or Both

Like I said before,the fact that the guy who got shot was laying in a snow bank when he shot is not good for the shooter.Another issue he's gonna have is that he was drinking in a bar with his pistol.

In my opinion, the guy had every right to shoot. 2 assailants attempted to attack him twice. Not to mention what would have happened to his fiance had he been incapacitated.

Disparity of force, two male attackers against one male by himself. Sounds Justified to me too, but only in New York do you have to prove your innocence rather than the state prove guilt.

Also, as far as I am concerned anyone brazen and depraved enough to attack a man to get at his wife deserves to be shot. We need to reconfigure society to give honest and true ciitzens the tools to weed out trash like that.
