Again you with your videos. The point was missed on you. You said they "need a collar". Please show us documentation of which tickets and arrests they "need" to make, how many, and how often to back up your claim. An official departmental document will be needed to substantiate what you said.

Correct. But that is also divided with politics and oath breakers.
What I'm getting at is this for instance, A criminal breaks into someones home. A crime has been committed. Now said criminal also has an unregistered pistol during this crime. The homeowners are there and there is noway a cop can turn a blind eye about the unregistered gun. The majority of the state's citizens have accepted this as "law."
This is what I'm getting at. The division is what makes this accepted.

And, this is where you become wrong Everytime.

The Constitution is written, a law is passed. Many times that law is not liked and someone challenges said law through the court system.

The highest court in the land rules that the law is constitutional, our rules of law now say that the law is within the boundaries of the Constitution. If this is all followed, the arresting officer is within his oath.

We do not need to like this process all of the time, but this is our process. A process spelled out in the Constitution.

They will claim they can't when they need to remind the serfs who is in charge, but they can.
