It doesn’t take a court to rule a law unconstitutional. It always was unconstitutional. Under that logic, it is constitutional to go house to house and search every home for weapons until a court puts a stop to it. If they don’t, it’s constitutional.

A corrupt court ruled it constitutional to search my person. Than the car gets searched for impoundment. Oh. What do we have here? A pistol grip? Some weed? Crack? An M240 Bravo? 4 more unrelated charges.
well if you're riding dirty forget the road beer and set the cruise at 55. But otherwise a traffic violation gives nobody the right to search your car, unless you stupidly give it to them. That is another topic though. Ive seen so many idiots consent to a search - even when they know its filled with drugs and guns. you're surely smarter than that.

I try not to. But there have been times that I have been pulled over just because on the Palisades Parkway by Parkway Police. Twice actually. Where are you heading to? Where are you coming from? Are you still in the Military? Do you have a military ID? The reason I pulled you over was because you crossed the double yellow line a few times. Just drive careful okay.
