1 . it doesn't matter what color they are . who they are is more important. I dont know the race of many people here. I have had conversations with homeless minority people In the south bronx and have felt perfectly comfortable and have been around wealthy white people in Scarsdale who I didnt like and couldn't stand being around.
2. Id rather have supreme court judges be center and have no political affiliation.I dont care what color they are as long as they do thier job fairly and unbiased.
3. If I had children id want them to be happy . who they marry isn't my concern as long as they are safe .
To be fair, most conservative judges follow the constitution and BOR, whereas most Liberal judges believe the constitution is a living document and can be altered.
Centrist judges can go either way.
So, id rather have 9 conservative gay, black, Muslim women on Scotus before 9 center judges.
