In all honesty, if he is a US citizen he should have his rights protected and he should be sent through the criminal court system. As much as I despise ISIS/Islamists and their ilk, if he is a US citizen he has rights (even if more or less waives those rights by engaging in treasonous activity). The fact that Obama got away with using drones to kill ISIS and Al Qaida fighters who were known to be US citizens should give us all pause. So what if they do it overseas? What's to say that they wouldn't do it here?
