The way this case dragged at the investigation stage tells me this was planned all along. Another douchebag elitist rises above the law.

The fact that he was/is shooting a reality show while on trial gave it away as well. Who the hell wants to watch that is beyond me but what balls. And what an absolute piece of shit.

Who as director was responsible for the armorer?
That and the armorer are who is responsible; if you were an actor handed a machine gun or any gun are you going to "open" it and inspect every round, not knowing what you are looking at or for? No, probably rules about who can open a weapon or not.
How ever the armorer and their supervision are responsible.
Like I said before, balbag the actor just a dumbass; balbag the director could very well be liable if it was his responsibility to watch the armorer.

Baldwin is the film's producer and I believe that the film was being made by his production company. So, his civil liability still exists.

The armorer is already serving her prison sentence.

I’d love to believe that this POS would drink himself to death due to guilt he felt over this , but that would be a pipe dream on my part.

Nor would we have trusted it to be unloaded or loaded with blanks on someone else's word). We would however have gone broke in our defense and ultimately ended up as Bubba's bitch in prison.
