The small LGS near me is open. Appointment only and only two people at a time.
I think that includes the owner. This shop is small. About the size of a 2 car garage.
I would like to see all ranges, GS, and manufacturers give the bird and remain open to support our 2nd amendment rights. Maybe this would give the citizens a little incentive to stand up for themselves. Maybe provide a 10% discount to active militia as well. Out of state suppliers should give the same bird and mail into the state instead of turning their backs on NY like some do.

Trump has already issued a directive through Homeland Security that firearm dealers are "essential businesses". This guy should remain open. I would have thanked the caller for their opinion and kept carrying on with my business. He was clearly not educated on the matter.

I like this line of thinking, but im not sure on the legality of it. Id be curious to know how that works. Im assuming its no different than not being able to own a standard ar15 in NY, but got to PA and its ok. Not sure if its a 10th amendment issue or not.

I'd say it's a 2ndA issue from the supreme law of the land from the organic constitution.
The district of criminals have no legal jurisdiction outside of DC.
He's a great channel. I don't agree with some of his stances, but he's spot on on a lot of the philosophical stuff.
And on the things I disagree, at no time would I even consider the comments I heard on here about him. "He has a lisp, must be gay, is therefor wrong."
Not sure it's the same thing. If the President and/or federal government said I can stay open, I'm not closing and you'll see me in court. The state doesn't have a leg to stand on.

@Darth. Check out "Amagansett Press" on YT. I have a feeling it's right in your wheel house. I'm not a proponent for going out of my way to give people a hard time, but he does "first amendment audits" in a very polite and respectful way and he really knows his shit. It's good watching.
And the fact that this POTUS understands the importance of the CONSTITUTION.
