A whistleblower apparently has come out saying that Kamala was given the questions in advance and a promise was made that Trump would be fact-checked and she would be left alone. I don't have the source yet

Fact Checking on behalf of ABC’s inability:
1.) Harris falsely claimed that “Trump left us the worst unemployment since the Great Depression.” When President Joe Biden and Harris took office in January 2021, the unemployment rate was 6.4% — lower than it was during several administrations since the 1930s.
2.) The vice president claimed Trump’s economic policies led to “one of the highest” trade deficits in American history. But the annual trade deficits during the Biden administration have exceeded those under Trump.
3.) (CHAMELEON MOMENT) Trump said Harris “will never allow fracking in Pennsylvania.” When she was running for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, Harris did say she was “in favor of banning fracking.” But in an Aug. 29 interview on CNN and at the debate, Harris said, “I will not ban fracking.”
4.) Harris claimed that Trump’s tax proposal would “provide a tax cut for billionaires and big corporations, which will result in $5 trillion to America’s deficit.” That’s the estimated 10-year cost of extending all the tax cuts in Trump’s 2017 tax law, but those tax changes benefited people of all income groups.
5.) (CHAMELEON MOMENT) Harris NOW does not support the MANDATORY gun buy back program. However, up until recently ban on assault rifles and mandatory gun buyback was her position.
6.) The Bureau of Labor Statistics announced a downward revision in the jobs (818,000 less jobs) ‘m during its routine annual revision of jobs data in August reflecting a declining market under Biden Harris.
7.) ABORTION and post birth Failed Abortions: see my already posted explanation and yes Trump was telling the truth but wrong verbiage (and it was waltz and Virginia gov, not WV gov) as he’s speaking of the repealed 1976 bill that forced providers to perform life saving measures on the baby that was now repealed allowing death of the baby after birth with no rights to life saving measures.
8.) Harris claims no one is coming to USA that’s known criminals. Well… Immigration officials arrested about 103,700 noncitizens with criminal convictions from fiscal years 2021 to 2024, federal data shows.
9.) Abc claims crime is not declining in other countries, however, from 2022 to 2023, violent deaths dropped by 25%, according to the independent Venezuelan Observatory of Violence.
10.) Harris did miss the July 24 speech Netanyahu made to a joint session of Congress. Instead, she made a previously scheduled keynote speech to the Zeta Phi Beta sorority. (Harris is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.) She did “supposedly” reschedule the meeting.
11.) Harris claims she never wanted to defund police. However, in a June 2020 radio interview with actor Nick Cannon, in which she said "we have to redirect resources from police to other areas of government such as schools and small businesses”. She also lauded a proposal by the Los Angeles mayor to shift part of the police budget to community initiatives.
12.) Transgender Surgery on illegals: As President," the questionnaire asked, "will you use your executive authority to ensure that transgender and nonbinary people who rely on the state for medical care — including those in prison and immigration detention — will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care? If yes, how will you do so?"
Harris checked the box for "yes" and wrote, "I support policies ensuring that federal prisoners and detainees are able to obtain medically necessary care for gender transition, including surgical care, while incarcerated or detained."
13.) Harris misleads by linking Trump to a proposed requirement in Project 2025 that he has not backed, and she also exaggerates the recommendation.
Project 2025, developed by many conservative groups, does not recommend monitoring each woman’s pregnancy. The document says federal abortion surveillance and maternal mortality reporting systems are inadequate and proposes withholding federal money from states that don’t report their abortion numbers to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
It says that the statistics should be separated by category, including spontaneous miscarriage, treatments that incidentally result in fetal death (such as chemotherapy), stillbirths and "induced abortion."
13.) So I’m gonna go with this report on crime statistics over the FBI…because well… we already know we can’t trust the FBI.
The National Crime Victimization Survey, which the Justice Department conducts annually by surveying Americans about crimes they have experienced, shows a 43% increase in violent crime from 2020 to 2022.
14.) The trade deficit, although it was high in 2020 under Trump, it has been even bigger under the Biden-Harris administration. In each of the first three years under Biden and Harris, from 2021 to 2023, the trade deficit has been larger than it was during Trump’s worst year. It set a record in 2022.
15.) Harris has a point that overall oil production under Biden has set records. However, the administration didn’t oversee the largest increase ever.
What undercuts Harris’ claim, however, is that other presidents — including Trump and former President Barack Obama — oversaw larger year-to-year increases on U.S. oil production than Biden, according to historical data.
16.) Inflation… look around yall don’t need an explanation..
17.) It is accurate that no one with a direct role in the chaotic withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan in 2021 has been held publicly accountable that ended up costing the lives of 13 US soldiers. Kamala Harris was in fact, the last one in the room.
18.) Abortion up to birth: While most states that allow abortion do so only up until fetal viability, there are several states – including Colorado, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont and Gov. Tim Walz's home state of Minnesota — that do not impose a legal limit on abortion procedures or reporting.
19.) AFGHANISTAN WITHDRAWAL: Yes, billions worth of U.S.-funded equipment was seized by the Taliban when the U.S. withdrew. According to the government watchdog, that amount includes 78 aircraft, some 9,500 air-to-ground munitions, 40,000 vehicles, 300,000 weapons and nearly all night-vision, surveillance, communications and biometric equipment provided to Afghanistan forces.
Excess equipment is sold on black markets supplying many others in this domino effect.
20.) Trump did establish peace and respect with North Korean leader. There were not “love letters exchanged”. NK leader sent Trump a letter after they met and shook hands thanking him as there was once tough love between the two leaders. Harris took the time to try and gaslight the fact, peace was established with a country that never happened before.
21.) Harris did in fact TWEET to donate for the bails of those being arrested for burning cities. In fact, most of the entire party encouraged violence and justified the theft.
22.) Harris claims no combat soldiers today…

There are currently 2,500 U.S. military troops in Iraq and more than 900 U.S. military personnel in Syria who are on a mission to support local forces to prevent a resurgence by ISIS.
But it was an attack on a U.S. base in neighboring Jordan this past January that has proven to be the most costly. Three U.S. Soldiers were killed and 34 others were wounded when a drone launched by those militia groups made it past air defense systems. That attack led the Biden administration to order large-scale retaliatory airstrikes against the Iranian-backed militia groups.
