i like to keep at least 1,000 loose, plus whatever I have loaded into mags of each caliber 5.56 ,7.62x39, 7.62x54r, assorted 12guage loads.

Unless one plans to shoot about a hundred and fifty rounds a day per year, these outrageous stashes of 50,000 rounds per caliber are ridiculous.

100/day isn't that much. If I was retired I'd shoot every day, and a lot more than 100 rounds.Unless one plans to shoot about a hundred and fifty rounds a day per year, these outrageous stashes of 50,000 rounds per caliber are ridiculous.

As it is i try to go once a week, and a few hundred is normal.
