Politicians are usually lawyers ... who would understand the reality of "Mass Shooters never use reloads" to avoid subsequent lawsuits that are otherwise avoided by loading only commercial ammunition.

Glad I stocked up on primers, bullets, and powder... this crap is insane!

I feel bad for people that can't or don't know how to reload.

Expect primers to be nonexistent for a long time here in NY...

Yup..learned my lesson after the tyrant Cuomo pushed down the unSafe act. Sitting pretty on tens of thousands of primers.

It's not like criminals actually buy their ammo in gun stores. This is entirely aimed at inconveniencing consumers and FFL while at the same time threatening to yank dealers licenses and fining them for non compliance of a statute that they've provided nothing in writing about.

Funny thing is NY does NOT have any jurisdiction beyond State borders and it pains me when those vendors outside NY borders submit to it's will in "FEAR" of possible yet never to happen NY long arm reach of the law...

Sell and ship to me whatever you want, it's none of NY states business! Funny how the Commerce Clause has been pushed to the background any more ... The only way NY could institute or effectuate control over that would be to inspect and monitor all parcels shipping into NY, flag vendors via shippers and more, but that's all "UNCONSTITUTIONAL"...

Anyways, again, pack a sandwich and take a ride!
Pay cash too and really make them work at tracking you, lmao!

That’s my plan is to drive to Pa. They have no anything and won’t even know I’m from NYS. I’ll call ahead and make sure what I want is there and it will be a large order a few times per year. Should work for me and should work for the gun shop.

Yep!

I'll be heading down to the Carolinas soon too, looking at new homesteads (possible). Will definitely be loading up this time for sure! Might even have to start saving LGS locations and check for sales :D

Delivered directly to your front door. Destination state does not matter to them. Approx. $20 shipping. With the price of gas, the shipping cost works out to be negligible, especially if you have to hit several stores to find out what's in stock here and there.

My co-worker, with a NY address, had a shipment of ammo delivered to his front door (in NY) with no hassle and no questions asked.

But are they recording the sale? That’s what you need to ask yourself. Right now the background check thing isn’t in play, but recording the sale is. They have everything anyway except your occupation.

I concur. Been ordering from Outdoor Limited for a few years now, awesome service , very comparable to Target Sports in price. Hopefully it continues.
