Close the state schools and cut off food stamps. The college brats and urban thugs won't be nearly as good workers as the illegals but it'll get done. If you want better pay then go hunt illegals for the bounty Trump authorizes.

He needs to declare martial law, depose the courts and congress, redraw the districts and only allow notarized IRS returns as the only form of voter ID.

Ninth Circuit Court Now Demands It Be Protected From Itself
Oh, the winning… it’s often too funny. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is now independently, on its own impetus, requesting an internal vote on a full panel en blanc hearing to review its own decision.

Additionally, the full ninth are asking the Trump administration to file an additional brief telling the court why the three member original appeals ruling authority was wrong. In essence, the smart judges know what wasn’t considered, and are now looking for an out.

You just can’t make this stuff up.

Prior to expanding the conversation, allow us to set the current stage with a few tweet optics:


Wait, wha… huh? Yes, that’s the 9th circuit requesting its own judicial membership ruling to be reviewed by the entire larger 9th circuit appeals court panel. Ya think maybe they recognize they just jumped head-first into showcasing their own insufferable moonbattery…

This gets stranger and stranger. All it takes is one judge on the 9th to request en banc (sua sponte), i.e. a request for en banc review that did not come from one of the parties. It doesn't mean it will happen, as a vote is taken (after the parties file their briefs - which in this case is due by February 16th). It's funny, the chief judge gave 'orders' to the parties to file briefs, but what if Trump's team ignores it, or I guess simply states in their brief that an en banc hearing would not be useful.

There is a Virginia case going on (another suit against the EO) where the judge is basically 'begging' the justice department to provide information to justify its position that this is necessary because of security concerns. Me, I'm of the position that Trump's team shouldn't give them shit - this is a plenary power given to congress and in turn legislated to give the executive branch control (via the 1952 immigration law).

actually, everyone is overthinking this. The simple solution is to rewrite the EO and make the rewrite BULLETPROOF.

get all the White House lawyers together over the weekend and tell them to write a new order. easy-simple.

while that goes into effect, Hammer the 9th Circuit.

ALSO a couple republican Senators have introduced a bill to break up the 9th circuit court, not for political reason, but because of geographical. The court is trying to cover to much area and the backlog of cases is slowing down the judicial process. So this bill would make a new circuit...the 12th circuit court
