That said, life is too short not to enjoy the freedom where you can find it, while you can find it, for however long it lasts. So, props to those who "stay and fight", sacrificing their own personal freedom and liberty, watching from the sidelines while those of us in the (currently) free states can purchase, own, and do things that the "fighters" can only dream about. I'll be dead and gone before every single State in the Union is as oppressed as NY or CA, but I'll be enjoying that sweet sweet freedom until then.

We all know that the feds are pushing and pushing for gun control and they may very well achieve it. At that point, yeah all the states would be affected. The difference, is that a pro-gun free state is not likely going to just take it. Utah for instance has passed as many pro-gun laws since I've been here as NY has passed anti gun laws. Including a law that forbids state resources being used to enforce federal gun control. Anti gun laws do get purposed here, as they do in every state in the union, but they by and large die in committee.
So a free state, at minimum, is not going to make your life harder as a gun owner should the feds pass gun control. They are more likely to push back (just look at what is going on with immigration). People on here REALLY need to stop thinking that other states are just like NY. We are not going to suddenly have NY style gun control like so many cucked people on this forum think.
Believe it or not, some states try to protect the rights of their citizens.

Hang in there old timer! I did my part....went to both rallies and wrecked Andy's lawn, contributed to those that were fighting for the cause in NY, wrote letters and called my reps, etc. Finally got tired of beating my head against the wall and found myself in a position to GTFO, which is what I did.
I'm not throwing shade on those that can't or won't leave but I also expect the same courtesy returned to those of us who did. This infighting is exactly what the anti-gun fucktards want to see......and we seem happy to oblige.
