Another one bites the dust…Primary Arms no longer shipping ammo to you

Hey folks. I tried to order some 762x54r from primary arms, and received an email asking for my FFL’s info. I asked them why, as I’ve purchased ammo to my door less than a month ago, and my guy just replied that he didn’t know, but they received a “memorandum” banning ammo sales unless through an FFL.

This sucks. I really liked PA.

Thanks for the heads up. I just went and canceled an order that I placed yesterday for some pieces and parts that I wanted. Tomorrow I’ll call my credit card and place a stop payment order on it .

There are 3 places I've ordered in the past that are now asking for NY FFL's as well...

I emailed one to discuss, but honestly, they don't give a fuck and are chicken shit or they wouldn't buckle in the first place. So fuck them... There are places that still don't shiver when they receive a BS letter... Support them!

If you're ordering from Gunbroker, the seller will say if they ship direct. I did get some a few months ago but cant remember the seller.

I mean this is the problem is general. People get away with this shit because we allow it. If the people didn't allow it, it wouldn't happen. If the people fought back with sanctions and other legal means, they'd hesitate, as they should, to do tyrannical shit like this.

If the New York State Attorney General had any intelligence at all, they can go to the New York Firearms Forum on Reddit and find a good listing of everyone who ships ammo to New York. It is a public group and they keep it that way for everyone to know who the suppliers are. There are a lot of new Firearms owners in New York State who want to know where to get their ammo from.

I don't think there's any point in hiding who WILL ship to us, there are larger sites than us with that info. The state already knows.

What I mean is every time we publicly identify companies shipping to NY homes on a public forum they get harassed by a cease and desist order from the NYAG who is using your tax dollars to threaten litigation. Most of those who used to ship to NY have make the choice to not go bankrupt by continuing to ship what small amounts of ammo NYers buy.

Keep publishing the information if you must, instead of harassing the NYAG to stop the illegal bullying tactics.

I solved my shipping issues by moving away from the PRNY.

If all the Gun related companies, manufacturers, and dealers did not comply to this unconstitutional bull shit, it wouldn't be happening.
They all need to grow some balls and ignore the tyrants that think they own the states. We should fire them all. Start with withholding taxes.
