Maybe if the police didn't knock on this guys door a 5:00AM things may have turned out differently? Just wondering. Anne Arundel police chief: Shooting was evidence that month-old 'red flag' law is needed
We're starting to get into some serious "minority report" shit here ladies and gentlemen.Maybe if the police didn't knock on this guys door a 5:00AM things may have turned out differently? Just wondering. Anne Arundel police chief: Shooting was evidence that month-old 'red flag' law is needed
Dead horses make for good BBQ.
I hope notThis will be happening more often and I won't be to surprised when it happens to me, I have some very vindictive in laws that are very liberal and feel that only police and military should own ANY firearms! Add to that I've corrupted their baby by introducing her to the world of firearms and self reliance and that proves that I'm a nut case not to be trusted. It's coming some day.
I'm waiting for the time when a government agent starts reading some gun forums and see someone post something up and anger and decides to go after them and confiscate their guns and wait for a judge to sort it out. Then they'll print out your comments of what you say online as evidence.
If you don't think the government can get it whether the operators want to cooperate or not, you don't understand how things work. Why? Does this gun forum give up my info??
No but they can trace your IP address to your home. Why? Does this gun forum give up my info??
Let me guess no body cameras or they were off? Old story or not this is a taste of things to come. The question is when some cops get killed because of these laws will they back off or ramp up for confiscations? If I was a cop no way I would be a part of these raids. You want to disarm an alleged crazy man? Have at it congressman...
I could get the IP address for almost anyone on here without much difficulty, using nothing that isn't available to everyone with internet access at home.No but they can trace your IP address to your home.
Not that I'm aware of, but what if they got a warrant and gave it to the owners of the forum? I guarantee they're already watching this forum and cataloguing certain information. Why? Does this gun forum give up my info??
The problem is people always hold out for a hope that it won't be them or that it will stop. People need to realize sooner than later that it is not the case.“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
