Anyone Planning On A BAG Day Purchase?

Buy A Gun (BAG) Day, this year, will be a few days later than usual. Normally it falls on April 15th, the last day to file federal income tax returns. This year though, that deadline is April 18th and there is always leeway for you to buy during that week to make it count toward a BAG Day purchase. I kind of doubt I can afford to buy a gun that day or this week, what with my big road trip to FL and AR planned for the end of this month but I just ordered this for my son and while not a gun it may be the next best thing:



Federal Lake City 5.56mm XM193 Ammo 55 Grain FMJ 420 Rds on Clips

I am none to sure he was able to fit a whole bunch of ammo into his car when he drove down there and thus am pretty certain he can use whatever I can get him to build up his ammo inventory.

Nope $1130, which blew me away that's why I went ahead. If you already have the firearm and just wanted it modified it would be quite a bit less than that.

That picture is from his profile. I choose to go with a slightly different slide cut. I also started with a Glock 22. The internals are going to be stock when I get the gun. I want to put in a whole trigger system and didn't want to pay for the smithing. I also had mine cut for the vortex viper red dot.

I got my large refund early. Used it on my AOWs. With lots left over for other stuff

He the machinist. He works with a guy that does the lower work and painting in California. Me and him had a long talk about how terrible our states are. If you need his info I can get that I seemed to have lost that at the moment.

I suppose the NYGF Upper/lower is my BAG purchase, though I got my refund months ago. Did my taxes as soon as my W2s came in.
