We had a pretty lively discussion about it here last spring.
Basically a guy in NYC had a warehouse full of N95 masks. He didn't want to sell them for the price the feds wanted to buy them at.
So, like any good mafia, they sent some goons by to make him an offer he literally couldn't refuse.
Not sure if he ended up in jail, or they just "confiscated" his masks for "evidence".
Feds and states go after price gougers during natural disasters.
Constitutional? No.
Do I care? No.
