Also, there is the wording "Readily Capable of accepting a magazine". This alone means, to my mind, that if you can insert a magazine with the rifle assembled it is "Readily Capable". For my setup, first I have to break the action apart. Next I have to disassemble the mag by removing the spring and follower. Then I have to wedge a tool between the mag and mag release to actually get the mag out. Then insert a new mag WITHOUT the spring and follower, install the spring and follower, and THEN reassemble the rifle. That, in my mind, is NOT "readily capable"... And the only time I go through all that crap is when I am cleaning, swapping out the .223 Wylde upper for the 6.5 Grendel upper, or there is some issue I need to address.
I saw an add yesterday for some pills that said they'd give me a 12 inch penis too. I'm not so sure they will though.
It is probably enough to keep you out of jail. It may not be enough for you to get your rifle back if the police ever decide to look at it.
Nobody really knows.
Why would you want to shrink your penis?
You know this... how?
It's just....what happens when they ban all semi-auto's?
So, you mean like you have one in a cooler somewhere?Because I have a 12 inch penis.
Well,...Not on me.
Not if Cuomo bans boating mishaps.Likely a sudden and surely quite unexplained wave of tragic boating mishaps.
Busting out the Foghorn Leghorn...Spring-bone, thats a joke son , I made a funny! Nice boy but about as sharp as a bowling ball.
I use the MEAN MA Maglock...If you don’t mind me asking, what locking device do you use? Planning my next build already
I used a drill press, bit, tap and a 4-40 set screw or the DD Ranch magazine lock. Easy to install and reversible when necessary. the only thing with the DD Ranch you have to have a spare mag catch assembly with you when you want to reverse it, with the set screw you only need to have the mag catch spring available.I use the MEAN MA Maglock...
$0.20 at the local hardware store. Completely reversable with no damage to lower or mag catch. Will not permit the mag to drop regardless if the upper is attached.
There is nothing in the LAW saying it has to be welded, epoxied, held by unicorn farts and fairy cum, or super tiny midgets who prevent the nut from turning.
Less than a minute with a wrench and it's fully operational again.

Only if you have an upper that doesn't require the buffer tube. For example, Brownell's BRN-180 or Faxon's ARAK-21 have both been used on SCRs with the Magpu SGA stock, but neither is a true AR upper. Still, makes for a pretty neat rifle. The picture that you posted, though, is a photoshop of something that can't exist.Apparently the Magpul rifle stock can be made to work which I think looks very sharp-
That's why I bought lever-actions, as well. Figured I'd get a head start on the muscle memory. Took up boating, too ....what happens when they ban all semi-auto's?
Careful with how you say that; you never know what the time limit is for "readily accepts."Less than a minute with a wrench and it's fully operational again.
I am in the minority here, but I hate the scr.
Its thordsen or mini-14 for me. The gen 3 thordsen is nicer.
Ymmv.
I think the mini’s teething issues stem from shitty aftermarket mags, I have a 14 and 30, both run great with factory Ruger mags, the only time I have issues is with the aftermarket mags.Ooof mini-14 should never be a choice, unless its the factory full auto version

The Mini-14 is for people who have to escape to the Los Angeles underground......Well, that and not wanting to dump aftermarket parts into it if you want to shoot smaller than dessert plate groups at 100+. I kinda didn't like the idea of the pricey mags, either.
I'm not knocking the mini, it is what it is.

So much hate, lol.The Mini-14 is for people who have to escape to the Los Angeles underground......
No hate, just A-team nostalgiaSo much hate, lol.
I love my mini14. I've always liked the way they look and I think they have a nice feel when shooting them. Don't care about accuracy with it. Not my go to but I like it for what it is.
