I would see a doctor .
I would guess spider and I would see a doctor to be safe. For a tick bite to transfer Lyme they usually have to be latched for at least 24 hours. Also tick bites usually have a pretty noticeable hole where you pulled them out.

Thanks for the replys, thinking it's not a tick not center holes as pointed out. What kind of spider bites around here? Thought only the black widow and brown recluse and they wouldn't be in the woods I think

Most probably out special “city slicker bug” that bites anyone from westchester county and south.
Probably not lyme.

Ya, don't panic, if it was tick it would still be there. Most ticks hang out for quite a while. Way longer than 24 hours. My dog got a tick when he was 5 or 6 months old. it was there for possibly 30 hours. ( took him to the vet, did the heartworm/Lyme test--He's good)
I would guess a spider bite. Did they hurt when you got bit or didn't you notice?? do they itch? If it was a horse fly or deer fly, you would have noticed when you got bit, they hurt like crazy. and they would be itching like Poison Ivy.
don't panic just yet. oh ya, the tick bite/bullseye would not show up the next day. it usually takes anywhere from 3 to 30 days to get the bullseye

If that was my moob, I would throw some antibiotic ointment on and monitor for redness, swelling, oozing or red streaks.

It looks like fleas or spider or something. I would not be too worried. Put some ammonia if it itches and done. If you are too worried go see a doc.
