Democrats have at least 180 co-sponsors for articles of impeachment against President Trump and they plan to introduce the measure on Monday.

While House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has called on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office — an idea that Pence has reportedly rejected — she says the House will take action if Trump doesn’t resign.

While it is not likely that Trump will be impeached and removed before noon on Jan. 20 — when president-elect Joe Biden will become the 46th president — if he were to be convicted in the Senate, he could never run for president again. Trump has repeatedly hinted that he may run in 2024

That was yesterday too.

His base does not believe the media, does not care, really listened to what was said, or is expanding because of the over reach. The constant sky is falling orange man bad drum beat in the liberal media did not stop 75 million voters. His approval rating is above water and 10 points higher than Biden's yesterday.

Don't forget history has shown pro Trump poll results are low balls since many will not respond or don't honestly respond.

Swamp monsters in the cabinet abandoning ship is not a measure of a populist candidate's viability.

They will now not move the impeachment from the house to the senate until after Biden’s 100 days to not be a distraction. So essentially they are starting the impeachment while he’s president so that they can get the senate vote to impeach him.
I can’t see what his crimes are and if this goes forward this is the biggest sham ever and just made to divide the country more.
All he said was go to the capitol to tell them how we are upset about the voter fraud and it will be wild. This is not a crime in anyway shape or form. If it is a crime Biden should be impeached now as well for supporting BLM.

Just what is he linked to at the capitol? A peaceful gathering of people? He by no means that we or anyone else knows of encouraged or participated in any illegal activity. Now if we want to talk about this the liberals should all be held accountable for BLM did and their crimes.

Just telling it the way it's portrayed. It's all over the place. Riot, insurrection, sedition, etc. The "news" the other night had a story "how to explain the riot at the capitol to your kids". Tonight 60 minutes will have Pelosi telling her over dramatic story of how she was rushed away and could hear Trump supporters looking for her, hunting for her.

Thats the image that most will believe and they were told Trump encouraged it and set it up. Even close republicans are trying to disavow and get away from Trump. He'll never get a party nomination again. Too bad. But at the end these idiots should have stopped pushing the lies of "wait and see!! breaking news!! the vote is changing!!! they led these idiots on for over a month that the vote would magically change. That led to the situation.

I can't find the article now but I read something earlier today to the same effect. Even though he'll be out of office it'll prevent him from running for federal office ever again, plus remove all of his presidential perks (Secret Service security, pension, etc.).

That and, this was coming from a Democrat, it'll give them time on advancing Biden's agenda in that all important first 100 days.

Really could not agree more. The absolute hypocrisy of the Left and the Democratic Establishment is astounding. I have said and continue to stand by that I disagree vehemently with what went on at the Capitol last week, however, it's a big of a stretch to call it a coup or an insurrection. It was hooliganism run amok. You know, basically the same thing you've seen at every BLM riot...I mean "protest" that we've seen. If you call what went on at the Capitol a riot (and I would argue that they're right) then so were the BLM riots.

I hate to sound pessimistic but I think that the only way we're going to right this ship is to have to live with communism for a while. When we have bread lines and rolling blackouts maybe then people will understand.

Like I said earlier, the news had a story "how to talk to your kids about the Capital riot". Yet cities burning to the ground was "mostly peaceful". It's so sickening. I just need to be done with politics and not pay any attention to it. Nothing I do will change any of it anyway.

Oh and I'll also add that what went on in Washington was "mostly peaceful" at least by leftists terms. Unless you can prove to me that 51% or more of the protestors rampaged though the Capitol then it was a "mostly peaceful" protest in my book.

Because Minneapolis and Portland just had a few outside agitators lighting fires and looting stores...at least that what we've been told.

I looked. I cannot find any where that says impeachment can occur once out of office.

These fucking people are a joke. To even talk about this now shows all of their hate.

They are scared, of what? I am not sure.

They are the real reasons for the damage in Washington and throughout the entire US. Fuck them all, may they all rot in whatever hell they believe in.
