They will in 100 days when it’s all demonrats. That’s the plan Pelosi and her stank folllwers said so today. They don’t want to burden or slow down Biden’s first 100 days with impeachment hearings. Translate up. Wait until we can impeach Trump after we ram a bunch of shot down their throats from the liberal agenda.

Impeach and convict all Former Presidents that are no linger liked or respected.

Impeach all past Presidents that did something that may or not be okay according to the current party.

(Bloomberg) -- Democrats are moving quickly to hold President Donald Trump accountable for the storming of the U.S. Capitol by a mob of his supporters, with House lawmakers on course to possibly make him the only president in U.S. history to be impeached twice.


Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the House will begin voting Monday on a resolution calling on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to have the Cabinet declare Trump unable to carry out his duties. She said the House will begin voting on Trump’s impeachment as soon as Wednesday.

The main challenge is the short timeline before Trump’s final day as president on Jan. 20, when Joe Biden will take the oath of office. The way the process is handled in the House and Senate will affect how quickly Biden will get his Cabinet confirmed and his legislative agenda moving.

On Monday, Democrats will introduce several versions of impeachment articles, one of which has nearly the entire House caucus as cosponsors. In the 11 a.m. session, Democrats will also try to pass without objection a resolution calling on Pence and the Cabinet to remove Trump from office using the 25th Amendment.This is all but certain to fail because just one member can block it. Have these Liberal Progressive Socialist morons even read the text of the 25th amendment? According to the text:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. ​

BUT...the numbnuts stop reading there due to their limited comprehension abilities. They apparently missed the rest of the text:

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office ​

So...Trump would be restored to office in minutes.

THEN...the VP and the majority of the cabinet would have to send another letter declaring the president unfit. At that point, 2/3 of the House and Senate would have to agree to remove the president. THAT IS MORE DIFFICULT THAN IMPEACHMENT where only 50% of the House is required.

Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office. ​



What they're actually trying to do IMO is to get them to submit it twice, congress would have to assemble (not in session right now). And then within 21 days both houses would have to render a decision. Now if the house pulled a Mitch and just sat on it for those 21 days, it would effectively "run out the clock" on Trumps term.


I think this is a stupid idea, but that's what I think they are going for.

Ummm....maybe?

Trump would be president after initially submitting a letter of "fitness" and then until the VP/cabinet resubmitted their letter. After that point, Congress would have to decide. Since they'd never get 2/3 of each chamber, they'd just run out the clock at that point.

The actual danger is Pelosi. She has been in contact with the military urging them to not listen to the commander in chief, Donald Trump. She needs to be brought up on charges. This is text book illegal.
Of course we all know the outcome. Gotta stop listening to and following politics. Whatever happens will happen. Nothing we can do about it.
