Not really true. Long since changed and some parts never true.

Secret Service protection is not lost.

Even a Senate vote to remove Trump would not prohibit him from running in 2024. A prohibition from seeking a second term in an election would not be determined by this process although the Senate could develop a package and hold a second vote independent of the impeachment determination.

It has been reported that the loss of pension now requires 1) impeachment by the House, 2) a Guilty determination by the Senate, AND 3) removal from office so with the current timeline this may or may not be the case.

Not necessarily. Even if the Senate convicts Trump even if in time to remove him from office — which is unlikely in itself to get the 2/3 rds vote — they can theoretically allow Trump to run for office again and he could go on with his re-election bid as if nothing happened, as long as he is nominated as the Republican (or another Party's) candidate again. The disbarment to hold future public office would be a different Senate motion, resolution, and vote.

Article One of the United States Constitution, clause 7 lays out they are barred from holding public office again.

The rest of what I mentioned falls under the Former Presidents Act of 1958. From what I understand it wouldn’t be guaranteed that he would loose those perks but Congress may try.
