It would not surprise me in the least if Whorecul, the Queen of High Eyebrows, and Jumbo James the Hut launch a campaign to harass vendors outside of NYS. They will use the New Yorkistan Tax Department to show up and demand to go through their books to try and connect any sales to NY residents. They will also try to establish any NEXUS they can by, for example, - if a business in PA "advertises" in a NYS publication.

The best thing a legal ammo seller outside of New Yorkistan can do is to keep NO RECORDS WHATSOEVER of who they sell ammo to; to ask no questions of those purchasing ammo; and when anyone from NYS government agencies shows up, - tell them to GTFO of their property, and stay the fuck off!

If Vermont dealers are not selling to NYers what is perfectly legal to purchase then those particular dealers would never ever get my business and they can’t eat a metric fuck ton of herpes infested dicks for being complete fucking sell outs. I can state, with authority, that no ammo factories have existed in NYS for decades, if not longer....all ammo we have and might buy is made out of state..........interstate commerce clause permits purchases of anything out of state, and the attempt to ban a legal commodity from commerce is unconstitutional on several fronts,.... and like California, Hochuls secession from the Union, forming a virtual independent country, essentially joining the OWG, and CCP, is unconstitutional on all levels.

Reconstruction was hard on the South and I expect reconstruction will be hard on Albany, too.
