This is something along the same lines. I have bought stuff for my truck from Jon. It's crazy how armed EPA agents showed up this guy/Veterans home. Soon as you know it, those armed IRS agents will be doing the same.

Huh? The precedent set by it reins in the authority of ABC agencies to simply "make law" by way of rule making. It's a huge win for us and very directly applys to what the ATF is trying to do with pistol braces.
I thought this was already settled a few months ago.
No, just much speculation on both sides.
As far as I'm concerned the pistol brace thing is either a band aid or purely academic. What we need to be going after full on is the NFA as a whole. With recent legislation in Texas and now Tennessee the ground work is being laid already. The NFA has GOT to go, and I think it will eventually. At least in terms of suppressors and barrel lenghts.
