The challenge comes in finding someone to sell you an 80% lower. A lot of companies are scared they will get sued.

Oddly enough, I was talking to one of the companies on the list the day this press release came out, and while confirming they would no longer ship 80% AR lowers to New Yorkistan, it was also mentioned they were still willing to ship 80% pistol lowers, no problemo.
