WSJ confirms the number is 1800
so who is the liar now. 1800 rounded up to 2000 is reasonable but to the media the FACT Check shows that Trump is a liar.

AND for accessories as well. If the government offered you $1000 for an AR15 and $80/mag wouldn't you turn one in? Or a few? The fact of the matter is that most gun owners did surrender firearms, made a healthy profit and bought a new house. NOBODY I know turned in all of their banned firearms. During the 1996 confiscation, 660,000 guns were turned in. Contrast that with the 400,000 SKS rifles that were in country. Soo.....everyone turned in all the SKSs and another 220,000 guns. Uh, right. Uh, no. Australia is awash with non-compliant firearms.

Now, on the topic of the asylum seekers from Manus: you'd do exactly the same the Australia did. Hear me out. Australia is 8-10 years ahead of USA on the political spectrum. They went way left.
