Simple. Management can grow some balls and ignore the "mandate."Simply put, the management is not happy about this at all -- some are mortified at the years of technical skills/expertise they'd lose.

It was too much for an EO. Something this significant should have been debated in congress instead of backdoored.OSHA suspends enforcement of COVID-19 vaccine mandate for businesses
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is suspending enforcement of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for large private businesses after a federal appeals c…thehill.com
This shouldn't have been debated in congress. OSHA shouldn't have anything to do with it. We shouldn't even be having this conversation. It was too much for an EO. Something this significant should have been debated in congress instead of backdoored.
We must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately.Draw your line and do not retreat. Stand united or be divided. If you think one person doesn't matter, that's the first step to defeat. Give in now and you'll be steamrolled and this will look like an ice cream sundae.
If this is not squashed my prediction follows.
Mandates are enforced by employers because they gear standing up to the government. Employees lose their ability to earn an income. Savings and investments are tapped, if allowed. That money dries up. Bills go past due. Mortgage, insurance, water, heat, etc. Notices come for house foreclosure, repossession of vehicles. No money available for food, fuel, medical, etc. People are forced to a decision. Lose all I've worked for and not be able to feed my family, or.....
When forced into this position, I see no other possible outcome. Why don't those imposing this vax horeshit see it?
It is too much for even a law.It was too much for an EO. Something this significant should have been debated in congress instead of backdoored.
And the amendment should, very clearly, require the government to recognize AND protect an individuals rights AND responsibilities to manage their own health. It is too much for even a law.
It should take an ammendment.
That's why it is debated in Congress and, if they decide to and have enough votes, they legislate a law. I agree osha was a big overreach on this, rather like the cdc's eviction moratorium. That was also abject bullshit. This shouldn't have been debated in congress. OSHA shouldn't have anything to do with it. We shouldn't even be having this conversation.
The government has crossed a very serious line with this one. No signed EO(not a law!), OSHA 'rule' suspended and held up in court before it ever went into effect, and companies citing OSHA rule to force vaccination.
My employer included in their announcement "to be able to service government accounts". I was essential while the entire world was dropping dead, and now, I'm too dangerous to employ beyond some arbitrary future date.
I hope every business that enforces this is unable to survive what follows, and I hope the government has finally pissed off at least 3% of the people.
I don't think the federal government has any authority in this matter, and with just a simple incoherent statement from a president that can't even articulate the difference between a million and a trillion, something irreversible has been set into motion that will lead to unimaginable suffering on a global scale. That's why it is debated in Congress and, if they decide to and have enough votes, they legislate a law. I agree osha was a big overreach on this, rather like the cdc's eviction moratorium. That was also abject bullshit.
We need a judge with the balls to hold the white house press secretary in contempt.Dolly Madison has something to say..
And still no mention of the Federal contractor mandateDolly Madison has something to say..
"Recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show that about 47 million U.S. COVID-19 cases and around 768,000 deaths have been reported since the start of the pandemic in the United States."

So FedPS, or Uex ?Still not a peep from my employer, who is one of the biggest and most recognizable players in the greater logistics world.
The fun part in all this, is we go into places daily that require all their own employees to get the jab. We are and have been exposed and public facing through all this nonsense, and we have been just fine. We are a walking proof of the survivability ratio of 99.5% or better.
I agree. Get in your local Politicians face!I have a vaccination deadline that is fast approaching. Fuck Biden, Fuck OSHA, and Fuck the Courts.
People need to pull their head out of their ass before we are not even allowed to enter an 'essential' business. That is what's coming everywhere next. The rebellion should already be underway. We should have seen people hanging by now.

We're several decades past the point where the founding fathers would have started slitting throats.I have a vaccination deadline that is fast approaching. Fuck Biden, Fuck OSHA, and Fuck the Courts.

I only hope we start before it's too late.
Well, it's the classic "nobody wants to go first" problem. So many times practiced in the mirror.
But they ain't got the balls, son.
