Well considering you don't have explosives, support or numbers I recommend retreat and fine a fight that has better odds in your favor. If your intent on fighting here's what I'd do.
First do 2 road blocks right up front. Make these good so that they have to work to clear them. The best way to do this is with dropping trees in a V shape with the bottom of the V towards the convoy. Set up a third one around the bend labeled ambush #2. If you can do this in a manner that they can't see it until they are fully in the bend. Note the first 2 blockades we're to get them use to getting out of their vehicle to clear and also to tire them out.
Personal placement, normally you would not want to have people firing towards each other but at this point your already screwed so that's out the door. you will need to place 2 people on either side of the bend. Your best shot should be placed on the drivers side in the final position. This is the guy that triggers the fight. The others should be staggered with known fields of fire. If they need to drive sticks in the ground or mark trees do it!
The engagement plan. The last man waits until the convoy is stopped and the personal is out of the trucks. He opens fire when he has a clear shot at the driver or can take a shot so to disable the rear vehicle from leaving. After that everyone unleashes hell until the leader calls seize fire. From here everyone changes for a fresh Mag and suit through the convoy finishing the engagement. Assuming your alive and still have the manpower send your fastest person to the rear to drop more trees like before and watching for reinforcements. The rest of the people left pillage for supplies. once everything is recovered pack up and get out of there as fast as possible.
