I really don't understand your issue. I bolded a part of your text. Fudds who want a pump gun for duck hunting or a bolt gun to kill deer are not under any more threat now than they were a while back. Because the gun owners you hate lead the vanguard against gun restrictions. Without the black rifle guys your grandfather will be next, with FUDDs next on the plate, like they have been in other countries.

All opinions are welcome but expect some recoil. Some aspects I can understand because of all the stupid tacicool nonsense and also a few irresponsible people doing stupid things no matter what. We cannot control everyone.
But in the end this is the reality:
if law enforcement need any kind of gun, then, the otherwise defenseless citizens need those too for the very same reasons.
Otherwise we make privileged groups of people based on this and that and who knows what and that is against all the fundamental rights this nation was founded upon.
People are being murdered in gun free zones because they are not true gun free zones but pretending gun free zones like for example a school campus or a church vs. an airport secured perimeter after you go through a scanner and metal detector and you are inside a secured perimeter.
In Israel you have lots of those because of the security situation and they do work so the thugs and terrorists have opted for running people over with cars or trucks.
I hope you are not suggesting people should be defenseless or in an inferior position like they do not deserve to be able to preserve their own safety and lives or should be fine with less security.
